Came to this location August 17, 2025. The guy who was working the station needs to be retrained on how to serve customers first and get the product correct. A Custard sundae should be larger than what was given and also should be correctly finished as described in multiple visual pictures on the premises with the list of accompanied toppings. Rita’s is the local Water Ice chain (you may call it Italian Ice) that also serves ice cream, custard, milkshakes, and more. A small is always enough for me, and often too much. Every Rita’s gives free water ice on the first day of spring.
I was really disappointed with my experience tonight. The store hours online clearly say 12–9 PM, so I was excited to arrive in time—only to be turned away at 8:50 PM by two employees who didn’t want to work anymore. I understand that 8:50 is close to closing, but if you're going to turn customers away before 9, the open sign shouldn’t be flashing, all the lights shouldn’t be on, and the website shouldn’t list a 9 PM closing time. It was a disappointing experience.
We arrived at 9:39pm and this location was closed and lights were off. Map location says it closed at 10pm.
