The owner is awful. She starts out so kind and then is willing to go as far as to lie to me About having a stroke and send me a photo from 2024 to try keep her lies a float. I have a large home and cleanings consistently got to be less effective while still paying $500 for each cleaning every 3 weeks. My house honestly did not feel clean after they left. There was dust on the furniture, fingerprints on the windows, and the kitchen sink was still dirty. I expected a fresh, clean home, but instead I had to clean again myself. Huge waste of money.

I was really disappointed with Rita’s House Cleaning Services. They showed up almost an hour late and rushed through the job. Dust was still on shelves and the bathroom wasn’t even properly wiped down. Definitely not worth what I paid.

Just had my house “cleaned” by Rita’s cleaning service. Four ladies finished what was supposed to be a deep cleaning in 2 hours. There was so much skipped and not done that I wouldn’t know where to begin. If you pay $380 you would expect the tops of cabinets to be dusted as well as all shelves, the toothbrush holders were left filthy, the utility sink was dirty, nothing was done with appliances, even the front door area was not swept and on and on.
