If I could give the place zero stars I would 5 BAD stars 208 dollars for a package that included a bear a basket and 18 roses 18 roses (and that's it)no accent flowers like baby breath just green Moss stuff that were semi alive and a plastic vase 110 $ The basket was 30 it included 1 pack of skittles one pack of star Burts the regular size (.99 per pack) and those nasty heaRte suckers that we stick to kids valentines day card Bear 30.00 just plain white with a floral ribbon on its neck 30 for delivery then they only bring ro... read more

I received flowers from this shop for my birthday, by the next morning all the roses were dead. (They were really old when they were delivered, I know because the bulbs were very loose. A fresh rose should have a tight bulb.) I called the following business day and spoke with a man, he said they only guarantee roses for 24 hours. And refused to do anything make the situation right. I feel terrible for my friend that spent so much money to send me a gift and they brought me trash.
