This company will scam you, please avoid! – We filled out all the paperwork for Ritan Property Group to manage our property and we got scammed by them, never ever do business with Ritan Property Group!!! We paid the $400 check to them which was $200 in fees and $200 to change the locks and after they took the money and changed the locks, they send us a bill for $2500 stating you need to do all of the following to your home which was BRAND NEW! We call them and told them we don't mind changing the batteries on the fire alarms... read more
