This company will scam you, please avoid! – We filled out all the paperwork for Ritan Property Group to manage our property and we got scammed by them, never ever do business with Ritan Property Group!!! We paid the $400 check to them which was $200 in fees and $200 to change the locks and after they took the money and changed the locks, they send us a bill for $2500 stating you need to do all of the following to your home which was BRAND NEW!
