We had a great experience with Joe and Christina. We were referred to them from a family member, who also had a great experience. Even during the slow season over the holidays, Christina, came out and was very responsive in scheduling houses to look at. Once we found a place we liked, she was helpful in communicating with the seller and also helped us schedule a home inspection. We were fortunate to have Joe help us sell our old house and purchase a new one. Through the whole process he was very helpful and answered our questions along the way. When we went into escrow he kept us updated weekly on the process and if there was anything important we needed to be aware of. I can count a few evenings where joe was able to be flexible and talk to me for 20 to 30 minutes on the transactions and what was going on.
