I'm not sure I have the words to do Rita justice! She is a dynamo! She went to work with the first message I sent her, coming with the utmost preparedness to sell our home! She took excellent care of us, walked us through the process, and answered our many questions with 5-star knowledge, expertise, and professionalism all while becoming a dear friend. It was a process that we were dreading; she turned that around in a minute's time. We are in our forever home now, but if not, we would seek her out again.
We worked together for about a month before things went south. My Buyers agreement with Rita was ... is for 18 Month (April 24 - Oct 25). I have lost $1000.00 during a due diligence period once i saw the crime rate in area was red. Apologies things didn't work out to a certain timeline. Rita was amazing from the beginning to end of the process! We were moving from out of state, so it was difficult to find someone who we could trust to help us. Rita was a referral from a friend and I am SO glad we were connected. She showed us house after house until we found one we loved.
