If you can’t pick up your own tires from the distributor the least you can do is tip your Doordash driver. What a lazy business. From your other reviews, I bet you overcharged the customer for labor too.
My son took his vehicle in for breaks that had been repaired multiple times by another shop in Tucson. His breaks would wear out in less than 6mths and the ABS light would not turn off after 2years. After various mechanics saying they could not figure it out. We took it in to RRA and their team took the time to look over all parts noticing something was not installed correctly. THEFT!! I have taken my car to them before and everything was fine and the work was great. I thought it was a trustful place. Fast forward to a couple days ago… we took my truck in to get looked at. They needed to keep it over night, didn’t think that was any issue. Next day we pick it up and immediately before even leaving the lot my brother in law noticed his work bag with all his tools in it is GONE! Check engine light came charged me $194.00 to replace my gas cap. Seems like every time they check something there's an added 145.00 charge. I'm not suprised if you talk to them there's not a charge. Also if you don't give cash there's a 4% fee
This is a shop you can trust! Had 4 roters put on our 2013 Pathfinder a few months ago. Front roters were acting up and brought it in for a look.
