Discount Tires dropped the ball today. I had to get a new tire due to a screw in my tire. I had a 1:00 appointment by 2:10 the car had still not been worked considering I was told for 35 minutes mine was next yet they kept taking other cars back that came way after me. I finally got mad. After realizing they messed up they did my tire in under 15 minutes. You should have done that in the first place. Shame on you Discount Tires for doing that to an old lady!
Very bad experience. I was quoted $400.00 for a set of tires. When a third party agreed to pay for my tires & called Discount on S Houghton to pay, suddenly they changed the price around. The third party almost backed out of buying them for me. I had to call and was huge hassle to get them to honor the quote. Very rude & acted like they were doing me a favor. Disappointing how different locations change when they consider if safe to service tires. Favorite place for tires when since 1998, but they make it harder year after year to give them money.

Great place. Very friendly and helpful. Took care of tire even though I didn't originally purchase from them.
They were so polite and rushed to fix the tires because I had the horses in the horse trailer. These guys were awesome!!
