Rita is always sure to ask questions and discuss what my needs are, as well as her own suggestions. I love that she is open to a more natural approach as well as prescription medication, and is sure to double check anything I'm taking won't interfere or have negative side effects in combination. I have an awful knack for forgetting something here and there and I have anxiety to ask for things, so I'm really glad she asks the questions that she does and gets a flow of conversation going. Rita has literally changed my life. She worked with me on my depression, anxiety, ptsd, ocd and major mood disorder and never gave up. She found the med mix that saved my life. I no longer have the destructive thoughts or up and down moods. They are a thing of the past for me. With monthly visits and check ins I'm able to have a real life again. I can't recommend Dr. Nicholson enough. She is amazing.
I went in there not knowing what I was going to do. I'm going through alot in life and felt alone and Rita really helped me thank you so much and that's what mental health is all about! people need the staff to listen to them and let them communicate their needs and Rita does that!
Ms. Rita was wonderful to work with. She really dug into my issues and got my medication to work properly for me. Wish I could continue to work with her but like most things now a days the system messes with things that are working well.
