I loved the catfish, white beans, biscuit and sweet tea!!! He loved his smothered chicken, rice, peas, potato salad and biscuit with sweet tea!!! U will definitely see us again!!! Great service as well keep up the great service!!!
It wAs delicious! That was the best red beans we've ever had! And that peanut butter fudge was to die for! Our dinners were superb! We will be back. We travel from Ms Coast to Laf and always need lunch or supper so it's Wilsons country store in Chacahoula or Rita's MAEs��
Enjoyed the home cooked meals. We got the BBQ chicken with baked beans and potato salad and a seafood platter with fried fish and shrimp. The veggies for that plate were green beans and potato salad. The homemade tartar sauce was delicious. My husband got their gumbo and for him he prefers a thicker stew gumbo as opposed to a soup. My only complaint is that they do not have seating outdoors as we always travel with a dog. Enjoy!
Onion rings-> some of the best I've had. Club sandwich-> generous portions, delicious! Breaded crab patty on bun-> huge patty, fried crispy, seasoning doesn't overpower the flavor of the food, also delicious. We looked at the menu on-line, so we had an idea of how good the food looked. It would be great to have a menu at the restaurant with pictures. If you're looking for a fancy spacious restaurant, this may not be for you. If you're looking for great tasting food? They have it! Give it a try.

It's like going a relatives house and they make you feel like family!! Large portions, true comfort food and prices were amaZing!! Best pralines in the state!!
