I was a bit apprehensive about posting this review, because Rita did seem like a nice person...the job she did on my hair wasn't so nice though...I was searching for a new hair stylist, as the one I had for years was retiring from that business. I let Rita work on my hair for over 3 hours....it usually took less than 2 hours for the previous hair stylists...during the 3 hours Rita berated me for my political views (I didn't bring up politics)...berated her husband to no end...made herself a hero in every story while my hair ... read more

Rita is a true artist. A haircut with her is more than just an appointment. She has an artistic touch, and her warm conversations make the experience enjoyable. With humility , I’ll say I usually (well, mostly) look dashing — but after Rita works her magic, I look even more dashing. If you want someone who brings both skill and artistry to her work and authenticity to her conversations, Rita is the one.

Rita Ickler is amazing. She is very skilled and keeps up to date on the latest trends and techniques. She is truly a stylist who considers face shape, lay of hair, texture and color; it is not just a cut for her.
