If a could give her a 0 or negative score I absolutely would. In my 31 years of life this is perhaps one of the worst providers I’ve ever seen. My daughter was around 6 months at the time and very sick. Mind you this is my first and only child, and she was also born 7 weeks early. Her regular doctor was booked, so I took the next available option which happened to be Dr Chen. For starters, she had absolutely no bedside manner. She was cold, calloused, and rude. Dr. Chen has always been exceptional with my kids. She truly listens and gives us the feedback we need and referrals if necessary. She's never in a rush and always is very thorough and takes her time.
