Ristorante Parma is all-time favorite restaurant. I live that it is still family owned. The daughter Angela is such a sweetheart. My favorite dish is the Fusilli Con Pollo. Their saffron risotto with shrimp, scallops and asparagus it's an amazing dish as well. Their dipping sauce for the bread is delicious. That is the only time I'll eat garlic. It is best to arrive when they first open. It's a treat for me when I get to dine here and in San Francisco.
