The place was hot we sat upstairs in a heat box with one fan and when we told the bartender is answer was I'm hot also I was a paying customer no I will move u or anything spoke to manger she was unapologetic and even more ignorant it's sad because the food was decent but the lack of respect they gave to a customer made the night bad I would stay away from this place they have NO RESPECT FOR THE PEOPLE PAYING...

We just celebrated our 14th wedding anniversary at Ristorante Ottaviani. We've been coming here for years. Great food, staff, and atmosphere!
The owner Antonio Ottaviani made sure there was a special table set up just for us. We got moved to the front of the line. He made sure our experience was a memorable one. Thank you to you and your staff. Me and my girlfriend had one of the best nights we have ever had. The food and the company was amazing. You can't find a better place to spend an evening in downtown Cumberland. Truly a special experience. Thank you!
One of our City's best restaurants, and truly continues to get better. My wife and I had our first date here almost 10 years ago, and we continue to come back. Delicious foods, plenty of wines to chose from, and the customer service is remarkable (I'm looking at you, Cassie!)
