Overall it appears like they did a great job. We had a few communication issues but nothing serious. They were super apologetic and professional about it. Overall I really appreciated the way they handled the entire process. They worked with me and my neighbors really well.

I had to take a day of vacation and the evening before the were to come out, they called and asked if I could postpone the day because another scheduled customer had a change of plans. They came out on the Saturday morning, and did 95% good job. I had them cut down bamboo trees which I know are difficult, but they left about 2-1/2 to 3 inches of stalks. Electronic communications for price quote and billing great and efficient. Good crew, knew what they were doing. Cleaned up after the job and had all of the trimmings hauled away quickly. Took care not to damage landscape lighting, fences, and sprinkler heads.
