I was assigned to an agent called Gena and wrote her a few times and she never responded to my emails, she just ignored me. Because I have a hispanic name she just ignore me, I was born in New York and served for 16 years in the Army, I'm more american that her. They are not doing me a favor, they are doing a job that I was going to pay a lot for my company. Waste of time!
Very fast processing times easy to work with
Insurance expired 12:01 9/18/18. Submitted info for renewal 8/22/18. On 9/15/18 I begin receiving requests for loss runs from 2 years prior.( which usually take a week to get). Had to scramble to get insurance w 9/17/18 or have to close my business...After 2 years of being insured with them , this we were treated
