Our stay at our oceanfront condo (Water’s Edge 306) was wonderful! The view was absolutely stunning, especially the sunrise each morning. The condo was clean, well-kept, and had a modern, updated feel. The furniture was comfortable, particularly the cozy couch, and it was nicely furnished throughout. We appreciated the convenient proximity to parking, making it easy to come and go. Check-in was very hospitable, and the keyless entry added an extra level of convenience. This was my 1st experience booking with Rising Tides. I started a tradition with my 3 granddaughters 14 years ago. We always stay @ Water’s Edge, normally the same condo , if possible! We started when oldest was 7, she’s now a senior in college! We rented the same condo for years , from Dunes Realty. Absolutely the best customer service, hands down! We come to Waters Edge every year and never have a bad experience. It’s very hard to find a family owned business like this one is and you can tell that they truly care in the way they treat their clients! 10/10 recommend!!

Rising Tides Properties has the absolute BEST customer service hands down! We were made to feel like family and not just a guest and their responsiveness is unmatched anytime you reach out to them.
