Lynn was absolutely amazing in helping us find a place, and bent over backwards to make sure all our needs were met. It's incredibly hard to find such excellent customer service like this anymore -- people who actually listen, and then try to help. They are upfront, honest, and really invested in making sure you and your family have the best accomodations in Garden City. Will asbsolutely use again during my next visit.
We stayed at Water's Edge this past summer unit 902. Wow, we couldn't have been any happier. The condo was beautiful, clean, had an adorable coffee bar where they supplied coffee, the decor was so modern but tastefully done. The view!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its everything!!! Will be coming back!
I’m sorry to say I can not recommend this company. They talked a good game initially, but in the end did not find a mid term Tenant, even though they strung us along. Wasted 3 months of our time. Our property was never listed on their site, but they kept telling us to be patient. And leading us to believe they had someone that was going to work out. They still have not returned the property keys to us. Find another property management company.
Lynn did so much for us. The condos were very clean , well stocked and beautiful.
We enjoyed our stay at Garden in Beach Oceanfront Condo 110 in September. Perhaps we were expecting too much, however i would like to bring some things to your attention. 1. Master Bath, 2 lights out.. 2. Poor lighting for reading purposes. 3. Porch chair cushions ripped badly. 4. Dirty rug runners. 5.Ceiling coming loose in places. 6. Mold on porch chairs. 7.
