We stayed at 1108 Waters Edge. The condo was AMAZING. The unit was very clean and updated. It was decorated with beachy furnishings and the view from the balcony was spectacular! We enjoyed all the amenities of the condo: the ice cream shop was very good, the bar had great drinks (reasonable too) and the gift shop was great. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We will definitely book here again. Rising tides management could not have been more accommodating...highly recommend this unit for your beach vacation:)

This is our 2nd year booking our condo with Rising Tides Properties. Once again we absolutely loved our stay. This year we stayed in 1202. Views from the balcony was awesome. Made for good views of the sunrise. Both bedrooms had king size beds which was a nice surprise since one of the king beds was just put in along with brand new couches. I stayed in room 1005 this place is one of the best places that I’ve stayed at at the beach very clean very roomy close to everything big balcony, great view, gorgeous tile, bathrooms, comfortable beds, full-size Kitchen, washer, and dryer every penny worth it! This would be one you would want to move in and never leave with the most polite and courteous staff willing to help with any of your needs. This would be a 20 out of 10 rating highly recommended.
