Where do I start! First off the guy has to be the most flaky, unreliable business man I've ever met. This is no exaggeration. We had about 90% of our installation finally installed. The quality is absolutely terrible. The bypass shutters only open if the shutters are completely closed. They don't align with the frame. To top it off the it took 8 weeks to receive them and thats after I called the guy numerous times. Its been 12 weeks and he hasn't finished the job.
