Thank You Bettina and the Rising Sun Physical Therapy group for their personalized, expert help today. I'm in the process of packing and had been on and off my knees all day. As the day was turning into evening and I was almost finished packing the last pair of shoes, BAM I twisted my knee. S#!T! 🤬 OMG! 😣 It felt like twisted rubber bands in the back of my knee. I was immobilized and left on the bottom of my closet holding my knee to my chest. I was in full panic mode. I quickly searched for a physical therapist not knowin... read more

A trusted friend recommended Rising Sun PT to me for lymphatic massage. I have been working through debilitating health issues for over ten years and had finally begun to chip away at what felt like a toxic iceberg. My treatment with Bettina began slowly as I was practically immobile from chronic joint inflammation and instability due to hyper-mobility. Walking hurt. Sitting hurt. Even laying down hurt. I was one sad mess of a human who had just been given a life long diagnosis of mold sensitivity. The unfortunate truth for ... read more

I have to sign many times in the form as a new patient. I am afraid of some of the things I signed which will be bad for me. I want to see that form because I did it on line so I can come for PT the first time for consultation. I did the the first PT last Thursday 7/18/19 I was surprised because the treatment was so short only 30 minutes. I was told to sign a plan for 6 times PT. I think I want to change my mind. Is this ok to cancel the plan? Why do I have to sign many times in the form?

No one likes to sit (in pain) for 10-15 minutes after appt. start time. The tardiness is made worse by it not being acknowledged by the PTs. Have PTs, after they have said to 'send me an email should there be any questions' actually respond to said email sent.

After firing 3 PT's I went to Bettina. I had received 2 spinal epidurals, and needed to recover with a good PT routine, so I was referred to Bettina at Rising Sun. I have been virtually pain free for almost 3 years because of Bettina's expertise! I still do her suggested exercises almost daily.
