Not-So-Happy When I lived in Bellingham in the 80's and 90's, a different owner ran Rising Sun Motors and I was always very happy with their work. I've brought my 1992 Lexus to Rising Sun under the present ownership several times in the last 3 years. Each and every time, my car came back to me with more things not working than when I brought the car in to them.
