superior knowledge – Superior pool knowledge and service than any other competitor in the local vicinity. I dropped in without notice to discuss my pool problems I was having due to a competitor's installers. The General Manager Scot was very friendly and honest with my situation. He shared his knowledge and gave me the name and number of his Installer whom he has used for 13 yrs. Service is a non-starter at N Market – My first three or four trips were less than satisfactory. However, that location is the most convenient. The last trip there will be my last trip. I walked in the door for parts, and the man pointed a wall with a a thousnad parts on it, and told me I would have to help myself. No assistance of any kind, and would not take any questions. He proceeded to wait on a customer that arrived after me. I will never go back in that store. Ever.

We have received so many compliments on the staff there, I am disheartened to hear of both of your negative experiences. I know in the summer it can be extremely busy & the staff will suggest a customer look on their own b/c it can be a long wait. I do truly apologize for their negligence in assisting you.The N. Raleigh store is moving to Plantation Point across from Triangle Town Center at 540/40. I will make sure I review this with the all of our staff members. Thank you for your feedback.
