This pool project was four years in the planning. Josh was very thorough when providing us with accurate cost of concrete, electrical and pool installation. Rising Sun Pools’ service has been great! We are happy that we contracted with them to build our pool. If problems should arise in the future, we will certainly contact them. Also, I would like to say a special thank you for the beautiful flower arrangement they sent to us. We were not expecting that, but sure did enjoy them for quite a while. Pete came out this morning to inspect the pool at the home we’re purchasing. Rising Sun Pools has been great to deal with over the phone and email. The real test is, however, how their employees interact with the customers’ in the coustomers’ home, back yard and pool deck. I just felt the need to write you an e-mail to say that I think your company is incredible. We bought our pool from Rising Sun in 1999 and have enjoyed it ever since. The pool was built to last and we have had only to do some minor maintenance here and there. Not only that, but when there is some small problem, your service techs are out right away to fix the problem as quickly and as inexpensively as possible. Your service techs are simply the best. Great Service – I have been coming to Rising Sun Pools for about a year now and everytime I come into any of the the three stores I am always greated with a freindly smile and a warm welcome. I come to the Garner location all the time and I love how knowledgeable everyone is and how everyone is willing to explain stuff in detail to me.

I refer Rising Sun to everyone thinking about a pool – I wanted an inground pool, had gone to the 3 largest pool dealers for information, quotes and design. decided to go to a local brother operation in order to help our community..however at the last moment they backed out because of some issues with them.
