Ordered dinner and realized there wasn’t any Wasabi in the order. I called and the sweet girl on the phone had the driver rush some to me! Love this place and love that they care about their customers! ❤️❤️

Hard time placing order .. call in.. repeated order several times... went to pick up and order was not correct asked for steak and received chicken. Had to wait while order was corrected. Employee really didn’t seem concerned with error.
My 3.5 year old has retina cancer and we just had a new baby 3 weeks ago. We’ve had friends arranging food deliveries for us over the last few weeks. Tonight, it was Hibachio. Out of the goodness of their heart, they also threw in a sweet message and gift card. We already loved Hibachio and went there a lot but this act of kindness just solidified our loyalty even more! Special shoutout to Rylie who apparently went above and beyond to help get this arranged.
