I don’t think I have left a negative review for anyone… ever. I had Rising Sun with Chris Bailey, the owner, as my project manager, renovate my home (3 bathrooms, flooring, woodwork, 2 porches, columns, roof, gutters, etc.). It was the most frustrating, disappointing and stressful experience I have had with any contractor during my lifetime.
