Chris Bailey and Rising Sun Construction had previously some work for family so we contacted them for a large project to design and construct our dream home. Chris Bailey and his team are true professionals. They use high quality materials and they get the job done in a timely and professional manner. Rising Sun remodeled a kitchen, powder room into a full-bath, and reconfigured the master bathroom and closet in 2018-2019 in my 1970s home in the Suncrest neighborhood of Morgantown.
