Do not rent from this organization. Disorganized, uncommunicative and greedy. I lived in their unit for 2 years, payed rent on-time, and was a tenant who was a non-issue. At lease signing, I was told I was allowed to move in on the first of the month. After arranging movers etc., I was informed I was not permitted to move into the unit on the 1st of the month, as that fell on a weekend, and was not permitted per building rules.
