Well. I've been on Rising Pharma Metoprolol tartrate 100mg, for about a year. Having to take more than the prescribed dosage, to regulate my heart beat and blood pressure. Why-is-that? My doctor, by my request and demand, prescribed me recently a new "brand name," Metoprolol. And a single(sometimes half) 100mg pill, does the trick. No irregular heart rate. No chest pain. I got Alendronate 35mg tabs.. the inside pamphlet smell ugly and strong like sewer, so the entire medication box inside smell nasty. It made my stomach very upset that I wanted to throw up. I called my pharmacy and was told I needed to call the manufacturer. No phone number on here. NDC 64980-341-14 and I'm not about to open another nasty pamphlet. I want a refund on what I paid for this medication now!
Cheap, thin foil blister packs. Lost 5% of my 330mg tablets to premature puncture again. Avoid at all costs!
The head company is located in India. Their website still has "responding to Covid pandemic" and last update was 2024. The tube of prescription medicine I paid for at my local well known pharmacy was half full and not of the same quality from a previous prescription by Taro. It looks like they have had past issues with price fixing according to the government, failed compliance inspections, and recent reports that ingredients are off by 20%. contacted the company 2x re their blister packs being so impossible to open. their solution? have the pharmacy do it & put in childproof containers? What??!! why not use another easier dispense for the pills?
