Best Looking Tattoos in NYC – Rising Dragon is the best tattoo shop in NYC! All of the artists are friendly and extremely talented. Darren, the owner, is my tattoo artist and this year at the NYC Tattoo Convention at Roseland, we won the award for best tattoo of the night. best in city – hey guys ive been going to darren since my sis and uncle took me their was i was 18 ..... i am now 25 and have 8 tatoos almost all custom made by the owner darren ... and i am going 2 more in 2 months with a personal design from darren..also my wife has 4 tattoos also done by darren .... i once made the mistake because i was inpatient and got a tattoo some where esle ... which was a huge mistake .... i had to have the guys at rising dragon fix that tattoo because of the bad artwork ... after that one mistake .... read more
The best in NYC – These folks also own Chelsea Tattoo, on 23rd street, which is where they used to be located. Darren, the owner, is the best artist in NYC, hands down. Check out his work on their site. I highly recommend this place to first timers and veterans of tattoos. They have some of the best artists you'll ever find in the world working here.
