We specialize in offering as wide a range of custom tattoo art as possible: Japanese, Color, Black & Grey, Tribal, Cover Ups. Every artist has a niche they are particularly good at. Guest artists are invited from around the world to give our clients a new flavor of tattoo art. Now we have Eduardo, call him Eddie, he specializes in Realistic Color, and Cover-Ups. IMPORTANT: We NO longer offer Piercing.

Just finished my third visit with Darren, and am so amazed how finished tattoo looks ! I thought i was finished with my body art, and came across Darren's work, and had to go for another, and my greatest tattoo yet. He is very creative, and makes sure he understands what you are looking for along with what is just on the design, a feeling of translating your ideas into amazing results. Rising Dragon Makes Me Happy – I did a lot of research before getting my first (and currently only) tattoo. That's how I landed on Darren at Rising Dragon. The space is really comfortable, the tattoo artists all seem really cool and easygoing. I chose Darren for his experience with and love for dragons. Great Place – This tattoo parlor is great, the people there are friendly and know what they are doing. I got my first tattoo here (by the owner). It was a great experience and tattoo came out great. I knew what I wanted already but couldn't find the right image. He did that for me and suggested I added a few more things to it. I ended up with the Perfect Tattoo, people give me compliments and ask where I got it. I went back and got my second tattoo there also. I highly recommend it!
Best tattoo Parlor, hands down! – Great Parlor, from the time you walk thru the door, and talk to either the receptionist or any artist you realize, .... "This IS the place that I want to get my tattoo done". This is not your everyday average shop. Easily the best in NYC – This shop is true to tattooing. They are highly skilled in tribal, chinese, futuristic, traditional, portraits, you name it. I got a bunch of polynesian tribal work done by Joao and it's amazing. I keep going back for me. Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking to get some kick ass ink
The Best Tattoo Shop In NYC – This is the only tattoo shop that I would ever consider getting a tattoo at because its very professionally run, clean, and the tattoo artists are all friendly and make you feel like part of the family. Don't think twice, it's alright. – I did years of searching for a tattoo artist who was a "true" artist and not just some idiot with a needle. The staff at Rising Dragon represent a group of real artists and true professionals. If your goal is to have some truly original work done that you will get non-stop compliments about, then look no further. If you want some cheesy stock photo out of a book then go to one of the grimey shops found all over NY and elsewhere.
OUTSTANDING – About 18 months ago - I began working on full sleeves on both arms - in a tribal style. I worked with Darren Rosa - and have gotten an outstanding design, and really GREAT work. We discussed the things I liked - some images of designs.... and he came up with an outstanding design. The talent and professionalism of this shop is superb.
