My mom lives in this building. I'm all the way down south and my mom is always calling me complaining about these little black bugs in her apartment. She has been complaining about these bugs for 3 years now. Also the maintenance people are allowed to go into the apartments when the tenant is not home. This should not be allowed becaused if things go missing no one is going to replace them or pay for them.
