Losing my mom was very hard, and I'm so grateful I found Isabel at Rising Calm. She was incredibly compassionate and provided me with meaningful resources to help navigate my grief. What made our sessions especially meaningful was that Isabel had recently lost her own mother — she didn't just empathize, she truly understood. That shared experience created a kinship and added a depth to our work together that I valued. I highly recommend her to anyone going through grief or loss.
Isabel has been fabulous for couples and individual counseling. She is understanding, relatable, and practical. Her homework assignments are manageable and helpful. She offers a lot of tools but doesn’t push anything if it’s not working. Isabel has been flexible with appointment times which has been more than helpful for our current schedules. Isabel is great!!!
We have been going to rise income for years. First we went for marriage counseling and our relationship got really good. Unfortunately my wife passed away a couple years ago. Now as a single dad with two kids they have helped me not only deal with my personal issues but also help me be a better father. My daughter also goes every other week and she has a positive female to offer her guidance and speak into her life and for that I'm very grateful.
