Per the advice of the ER doctors in California where my mom’s mini stroke was treated, she has to see Dr Shah ASAP. The appointment team of Dr. Shah messed up twice that she still hasn’t seen Dr Shah after 2 weeks. When I called, the appointment desk was unhelpful and unapologetic. Very frustrated! Be aware that you always to be a long wait on the phone in order to either make an appointment or speak to someone.
