Terrible customer service. I tried to call and inquire about services. Office staff refused to speak with me and only had me speak with scheduler who could not provide answers to questions. I was advised only doctor can answer pricing and detailed questions and appointment required for general inquiries. Unprofessional and disappointing.
After seeing glowing reviews online and hearing them from his staff, I made my first appointment with Dr. Modhi two weeks ago. I was unsure/nervous if this was the place for me because he was my first male doctor for these delicate matters. I got the impression that I’d be meeting him on the first visit. I appreciate Dr. Modh for his genuine concern and for patiently listening to my questions and fully answering them.
Came in for a Vasectomy, extremely quick and efficient with little discomfort. Nurse Anna was fantastic as well and made me feel safe while getting prepped. A+!
Dr Modh is a caring doctor willing to listen to his patients about possible concerns. Very thorough.
