I have got my car from risen auto, came home with a lot of problems ( transmission, mirror broke, handle was never replaced, underneath the seats were never cleaned , breaks). HIGHLY would NOT recommend going to them! Everything that needed to be fixed with in the warranty never wanted to do it on time, took my car two months out of my hands with getting nothing done! RecommendedMe and my wife have bought four vehicles from this dealership, and they have always been very friendly and welcoming everytime. If we have ever had a problem they've been there to help in anyway possible, we just had to call or message them and they'd do everything they could for us. They have always tried their best to be as quick as possible while still getting us in a vehicle that will last. Bought a Jeep Patriot 3 months ago, had to buy 2 new front tires in the matter of 2 weeks because car was so badly out of alignment, now my motor is grinding and stalling out. Would never do business here ever again nor would ever recommend this “business” to anyone.
Amazing customer service! As with any used car you buy you never know what you will get. We bought a truck from Risen Auto and within 4 days it stopped running. The lemon law in NY State does cover any vehicle over 100K so Risen Auto had no obligation to help me out. However he came 2 and a half hours to where I live and towed the truck back to his shop. THEY DO NOT CHECK OVER VEHICLES BEFORE YOU GET IT THEY JUST WANT THERE MONEY THATS IT THERE MECHANIC DOES NOT KNOW WHATS HE IS DOING DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY $$$$$$$ THATS IT THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING ELSE RISEN AUTO IS JUST A BIG JOKE
I got a Dodge caliber which took 3 weeks to get because they had to wait for a part then get almost home check engine light is on call get told to bring it down it was a major part took months to come in. Meanwhile took it in for an oil change to find out the frame is rotten and it's unsafe for me and my family to be in! Not worth the frustration!
