I feel I am open minded to therapy and medications. However, I am very cautionary to how medications are prescribed. Dr. Parmar took the time to listen to my concerns, including my personal thoughts on meds and therapy, and built a tailored med and TMS therapy for me. I especially appreciated that she discussed a timeline and an exit strategy to medications. I appreciate the thoughtfulness and willingess to work with and explain in depth my personal plan and entended results.
