This is another negative review about the way this clinic is run, I can’t speak to the work of the therapists. Initially, when I was trying to get set up with this Clinic, I called three times and left a message and nobody ever called me back. Eventually, my doctor sent a specific referral letter to the location which is when they finally called me back, many weeks later. I have to agree with other reviewers that the front office and scheduling process could use significant improvement. I initially tried calling multiple times, left voicemails, and even submitted the online contact form, but never received a response. After getting no reply, I decided to stop by in person. Unfortunately, my interaction at the front desk was not a positive one. I recently finished physical therapy and wanted to take a moment to recommend my PT, Casey! I was randomly matched with him, and I’m very glad I was.
