Friendly staff. Large portions. I had the Philly Cheesesteak Omelette with a side of corned beef hash, and it was way too much food for me. I was able to skip lunch -- that's for sure. There were a couple of other patrons in the place who were rude to the wait staff, but the wait staff responded with smiles and friendliness. I doubt I would have been able to do that.
I had the rise and shine burger and my boyfriend had the rise and grind burger. We were both very pleased. The waiter was very nice and constantly checking on her customers. It's one of the best restaurants in Syracuse.
Best breakfast in Syracuse! Service is excellent, the food is simply outstanding, and they excel at customer service. You will not be disappointed!
We love going to Rise n Shine for breakfast and for their amazing,huge salads. Waitresses are always very pleasant. A nice atmosphere to sit and enjoy a meal in with family and friends.

Just finished breakfast after leaving home 3 hours ago and it was awesome! Created my own omelette with home fries . Good size portions , great service and a great cup of coffee. Highly recommend trying this place.

This place was amazing. Of course it was busy, as expected with such great food, but they took our name and texted us when our table was ready! Food selection was great and the staff was super amazing!
