You have to call ahead and at times it's a two hour wait, then when you do check in they make you wait 30 more minutes. Not only that, we had the fried chicken and waffles and it was completely raw inside, there should be no excuse for it to be raw when its breast meat. So in the very end, we took our business somewhere else.
