I’m not sure the name of our server today at the East Syracuse location 01/13 but she was AMAZING. This was our first time bringing our daughter to a restaurant setting at 8 months old and she knew what to do and how to make my daughter smile ear to ear, giggle, and make sure she was loved. She was an amazing women and I wish everywhere their was a server like her!! Also, amazing food!
We attempted to eat at both locations today, we have eaten in the past at this restaurant. At both locations there was no physical line, however we were turned away for an almost 2 hr wait because we did not call ahead. I have now wasted my morning attempting to eat at your establishment, a place I have highly recommended to others in the past. I will not be back and I will no longer be recommending your business. Very disappointing.
Good food; good service; large portions. Usually have to wait to be seated, but the wait is never very long.
