If I could give a negative ⭐, I would. Victor started out very professionally, with a quality bid. But once we got into details like seeing a sample color of roofing, scheduling the work, and actually doing the work, Rise Metal Roofing, and Victor utterly failed. We paid 50% up front and no work has been done. We ended up filling a complaint, which includes making a small claims court filling and Victor was a no show for that as well.

I would prefer to give a zero star rating. In January I put 50% down for a roof to be installed in March. It is now June, I have no new roof and have not had my money refunded. According to the CCB, the contractor’s license is currently suspended.

Victor and the guys with RISE were absolutely incredible. The work they did on our Tiny House was fast, clean, and incredibly detailed. My girlfriend and I were incredibly impressed and are very happy we chose to go with this team. The metal shingles look AWESOME! Any time we need a roof, RISE will be getting our call.
