They do not take responsibility for their own mess up and wasting 2.5 hours of a clients time. They will cause you more harm than good. Be careful with RISE. There are actual good therapist out there who care and do apologize if they make a mistake. I don’t trust RISE and personally would never go to a therapists office who can’t take responsibility and make amends for their mistake. I had a wonderful experience with Rise. I have struggled for years with depression and the medications didn't work well enough. I tried TMS for 7 weeks and it really pulled me out me of a dark place. I'm so happy with how well it worked and I would suggest it to anyone who has struggled with depression. A huge thank you goes out to Katie, Erin and Chris for helping me on my journey.

Very professional people here... they truly do care about your healing and overall growth... I was pleasantly surprised with how amazingly well my first session went... I could feel the healing almost immediately I was able to make connections in my mind that I haven't seen in a long time, it was great
