I am absolutely thrilled to find a company who has integrity, cares about their customers, listens, does high quality work, quick response time, and is very reasonably priced! They worked outside on our unit. They were so quiet I forgot they were there. When I went out to see it they had gone above and beyond and had left the pad and outside cleaner than they found it - and they weren't even there for cleaning! Best HVAC company! Thanks guys!
Sunday on Mothers Day, I called and talked to Ben. He came out and inspected my AC and quickly diagnosed the issue. I was having a procedure the Monday following and they came out took care of it while I was under the knife. Extremely professional and courteous. I would recommend Rise to anyone!
