Rise came out the same day we called and gave us an estimate. Their price was great. They showed up on time and installed a new HVAC unit for us. Everything is working great and our home is cool again! The guys were very friendly and took the time to explain the new thermostat to me. I would definitely recommend these guys.
Response time and Service were great. Have been in Madison area about 13 years and have used several different companies. Had an issue with one of my systems not heating properly. The company I've been using quoted me a price I thought was too high, so I started calling others for a quote. 2 other companies wanted to charge me a service fee to come and take a look before they would give me an idea on what they might charge. Rise Heat and Air is a wonderful company. I called Ben and they were able to fix the problem. I had called another company three times to fix this issue and they never could get it right. Wonderful company. I highly recommend!
