Rise Health’s DEXA scan was super quick and easy, and the staff explained everything in a way that actually made sense. I loved getting detailed body composition data instead of just guessing from a scale. The whole experience felt professional but still super chill definitely worth it if you’re serious about tracking your health and fitness progress.
