Great gym, clean, friendly environment and the staff is great. All the equipment is new and well maintained and even when it’s busy there’s still not a crazy packed feeling. The message and other available physical treatments are top notch as well as the classes. Been to a lot of gyms in my life and this is the best one I’ve ever been a member of.
I just relocated back to Alameda and used to go to Rise. Used to appreciate the gym when I lived here a few years back. I stopped by looking to set up my membership again, than find out that they charge a returning customer $15 more a month than someone new. Makes zero sense to me, and was really disappointing.
Just went in for my first day of the three day free trial. Seems like a great gym. Tons of equipment and it was quiet enough that I was able to set up a CrossFit circuit with no interruption. I’ll probably be signing up for a membership.
Love this gym! Has great options for your workouts and really helpful and kind people who work there. It’s not always easy to feel comfortable at the gym as a woman but it feels super safe, has good vibes!
