The staff at Rise Bodyworks is superb. They have solid knowledgeable trainers..clean facility and great equipment.
Very professional team
I visited the Rise this past week and purchased a guest pass. My wife and I travel to the East Bay for work every other month or so and we stay with friends in Alameda. As we are avid gym goers it’s important for us to keep on a normal routine with our fitness as much as we can even while traveling. Rise has been my gym home since it opened. Clean workout spaces. High quality and state of the art workout equipment. An abundance of free weights. Greeted when you walk-in. Areas to stretch, do yoga, and a room dedicated to pilates Reformer. Three massage rooms, that happen to come with excellent, knowledgeable, and professional massage therapists.
