Best gym on the island.
EXCEPTIONAL value. Really, they have everything. The space is clean, bright & inviting. Plenty of floor space, all the weights and machines you can think of. Never over crowded. A gym like this anywhere else would cost twice as much. Very grateful!
My Pilates experience at rise has been wonderful. I especially love Stephanie’s classes, she is always providing useful cues and challenging exercises. Truly the best!
