They used to be a great place. Now it's just terrible. Basic bland food, no fun donuts or out there biscuits. If they want to be great again go back to the way it used to be.
Rise Biscuits & Donuts, change your name to Plummet. You probably should have perfected your standards and processes before getting too big for your britches and franchising out so many locations. You are dead to me now.
Before they franchised, Rise was fantastic. Amazing donuts and selection, great biscuits. But they are now a sad, commercialized shell of what they once were. They've been phasing out their donuts (much smaller variety, and they just aren't as good), and apparently no longer even sell them at this location according to a news article (strange that there's no notice of this on their social). The biscuits are still okay, if you actually get what you order -- which is about 50/50 at this point for us. Not worth it for the price... read more
I got a ‘veggie’ chicken biscuit, and after eating half I realized it’s a real chicken!!! As a vegetarian I see this mistake as a very serious one. I haven’t eaten meat in more than 10 year and this place made me eat meat without knowing. Very angry!
Food took way too long to prepare and the cashier was not very attentive or very helpful.

Lauren took good care of us and the country ham biscuits are the best in five Counties!
