Although our move-in experience started off rocky, Kyla and David the maintenance professional at Rise Apartments went above and beyond to make things right. They addressed every concern promptly and made sure we felt heard, supported, and fully taken care of. Everything was handled with urgency, grace, kindness, and the utmost professionalism. Had an absolutely lovely time during my tour here. Really felt like a place where I could settle down for a good year or two. The guide, Marco V, was really friendly and answered all the questions I had about the place. Can’t wait to move in next year!!
