Everyone who has worked here since its opening have been gems. All the employees seem genuinely interested with any issues that may arise, and it's always surprising how much they have already planned for/have steps in place to handle situations. They have very intuitive systems in place for picking up large packages, mail, paying rent, letting guests in, etc. but it's all the people that make it top notch. I have lived in other luxury living spaces in Iowa City, but Rise definitely has an unmatched sense of community.

I could not have asked for a better place to start my adult life and path to independence. Everything is absolutely up to par, location, decor, staff, cable, Wifi access, Study spots etc. I can’t complain.
This is the best place to live in Iowa City. And i can assure you about it since I have looked around a lot for 2 years. I've seen all the apartment communities they have in Iowa City and rise can't be compared to any one of them. The difference between rise and all the other apartments is that of the Sky and the Earth. The amenities they have aren't available in any other apartment. The customer service is awesome. Stuff r really helpful. Because my schedule I can only make it at 9Pm to move in and they will leave the key for me! They are so nice. Can't wait to live in Rise and see you guys soon!
i have lease there for 2018 and was extremely excited to move in but they want nothing to do with me. I thought i was going to rise, but apparently, I was cast aside. I hope to one day join the rise community and cast aside others from a luxury apartment with a killer patio and community area
