Excellent service and a great first time experience over all. They were a little chaotic, but that is to be expected on a Saturday at noon-ish. A little better communication would have been good. We (3 ppl) were taken back to the pedicure area... where there were only 2 seats waiting for us, and that meant one of us had to wait until the 3rd seat was available. Always an amazing experience, they cater to you, they make you feel special, you enter IBIZA Day Spa after a long hard day's work and you left feeling like a brand-new person again.... I just love going there.
Took the wifey in for the Ibiza Getaway as a birthday gift. Great choice. 1 hr massage, 30 minute facial, manicure, pedicure and eyebrow shaping. Fantastic!
Today I received an exceptional pedicure/manicure by Kimberly in a relaxing atmosphere - the pedicure was the absolute best I've ever experienced anywhere! When I come back to visit my family I will make sure to get my Pedicure in the VIP setting again while sipping on a glass of wineHappy New Year you all!
