I’ve been living here for about a year and a half, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The community is beautifully maintained—the landscaping is always neat, and everything feels clean and inviting. Peaceful, and extremely quiet. If you moved from a busy city and or just want a quiet place to retreat to.. this the place for. Affordable prices, great Management Staff. Spacious and plenty of guest parking, tenant parking is super convenient.
I've been here 4 years now and I still enjoy living here. The management are very responsive, Lynda is literally amazing. As for the rent increases, yes my rent has increased. I think that's pretty normal considering how expensive it is to rent in Salem lately. That being said, this year when I renewed I was pleasantly surprised that my rent increased by less than I thought it would. I would recommend!
They're gonna raise your rent by $100 every year. Each summer they do some silly little improvements, which often cause major inconvenience to tenants (like last year when the pressure washers destroyed several tenants property, to which management had nothing to say other than "whoops sorry 🤪") and they use it as an excuse to raise rent by 15% annually. I recommend somewhere else.
