Dr. Sharma and her team made my colonoscopy experience as positive as could be. She and her team were knowledgeable, respectful, professional and very friendly. They answered all questions and were very transparent at each stage of the clinic visit as to what to expect next. Dr Kobalter consistently devotes her time and focus towards life threatening cancer prevention care. She is mature, professional, kind and alert. She is kind has a reasonable approach to patient interaction. She is clear about her professional priorities in regards to medical care versus cosmetic concerns. Review is for December 2024. For the past few years I had a recurring, painful cyst on the back of my neck that was the size of a golf ball. It would come and go once a year, and when it was inflamed, the pain prevented me from laying on the couch and watching TV, and it affected my sleep. Dr. Sharma has a very warm and accessible disposition. She took several moments after the procedure to discuss various aspects of the procedure, which I appreciated. The entire process was most efficient, very comfortable and highly professional. All together an excellent experience.
